First Timer

Just got my first boat, she an 83 260 sundancer. Like the title said Im a First Timer. First boat which also means I dont know much about them. I have been looking all over the internet for places to get parts and a free downloadable manual for the boat and its motor along with the alpha 1, which I havent found. I have read some post and you all seem very helpfull so as the days go by I hope you can all help me also.

Welcome. I'm pretty new myself. You will find tons of info if you spend a few hours going through old posts.

Has your boat been repowered? If not, you likely have a 260R pre Alpha. I think it would have come with that anyway. It's what my boat has and according to my manuals what was available in '83.
