Just wanted to say hello. I have a great signature picture I would love to add but I have no idea how to reduce the size?

Welcome! I'm no expert, but the program on my computer that opens up my pictures allows me to modify them. First, I have to click on the button marked "Enhance." Then, re-size. I pick a much smaller number for vertical OR horizontal (400 - 600), then it re-sizes the other dimension to match. "Save As" the same picture number with an added letter on the end such as "A." I use "A" to indicate that it has been sized down.
The program I use is ACDSee. I didn't buy it separately. I'm not sure how I got it, but we like it. Good luck.

Use photobucket.com and use their tools to reduce the size, then post it.
