The arrow on the left is into the main fuel pump. The arrow on the right is a small fuel pump with the wires cut.

I would get that set up out of the bilge. Looks like a fiberglass bbq, just waiting to happen. Plus, that isn't exactly legal. Being in Kelso, you have your sheriff patrol, USCG, the Oregon State police and the Columbia County Sheriff patrol. Any one could give you a ticket and park your boat for a safety issue.
