First Big Move

We have owned our boat for 15 months now and she has been dry docked ever since. We did not think it would take so long to sell our home and complete the move to South Fl. I know from this site its bad to let her sit so we are moving to the water next Tuesday (Lake Allatoona) Today I am going out to hook up water to bring the engines up to operatirg temps to make sure everything is operating correctly before we launch on Tues. Being this is our first boat we are very excited to finally put her in water. Thanks to everyone for all the advise and good reading of the do's and don'ts and wish us luck today on this first leg of the move. Jim

Wow! 340 as a first boat. I wish I had the courage to pull that off! Good luck with your new boat, Lake Allatoona have water in it right now? I thought the drought down there was causing major boaters whoas!
