Favorite places to Anchor out - East End Long Island

Going to be moving the boat to Montauk for August and was curious what your favorite places to go anchor for a day. Doesn't have to be Montauk itself but anywhere out east.

I can say I like:
Montauk:
Fort Pond Bay

Shelter Island:
Coecles Harbor
West Neck Harbor
