Have enjoyed the wealth of information and humor that this forum offers.

We had a '86 210 CC for years - loved it. Crossed over to another brand (the dreaded brand) and have had a '94 2855 Ciera for the last couple of years - got two foot-itis.

Looking at a loaded '91 310 Dancer with 7.4l V-drives. Other than the foredeck leakage (hatch and stantions that stain the headliner in the forward cabin), is there anything that should cause concern with this boat. I will be having a hull and mechanical survey done, but before I get that far, any thoughts?

This boat needs some TCL and elbow grease, but love the layout and I believe that she is very sound, and as I said, we are falling in like with her.:smt001

Well, she past the hull survey with flying colors - no moisture anywere other than at the stanchions on the for deck (which need to be resealed); past the sea trial - handled beautifully, but with a vibration, which the survey identified as props that need to be trued and cutlass bearings that need to be replaced and the dealer has agreed to fix both. In a week or so, we should be moving into the 310 (after much cleaning and buffing)!

Well I will just say that is a beautiful boat (later re-badged the 330)......enjoy!
