What the heck is up with Ferrari? Talk about poor management.

Yeah, asking your driver which tires he wants when you have a room full of statisticians working in Maranello seems odd to say the least.

I'm a long time Ferrari loyalist, luckily as a Cowboy's fan I'm used to my teams stepping on their own ****s. But all that may be changing soon when Porsche enters the fray. Going to be hard to pull for Red Bull though. I'm SO conflicted.

Verstappen and Red Bull are untouchable right now.
I'd be willing to bet that Ferrari cleans house at the end of this year.
Some of the decisions they have made this year boggle the mind.

Yes, it’s been obvious and even more obvious this last race in regards to Ferraris poor management. My guess is they’re going to lose the constructors to Mercedes which is unfortunate.

It's disappointing the way the season has become a blowout. We'll be at COTA in October and you really lose a lot of the excitement when you're just watching who wins 2nd.

You could start a pool to bet on how Ferrari (to quote you from a previous post) steps on their collective ****s at that race.

We'll be there too. This year we decided to rent a camper. Not sure if thats a good idea or not. ;)

I think that would be a lot of fun. I spent a couple years with a friend who had an RV backed up to the back straight. Was fun to chill there and then walk to seats when the big races were happening.

Not to mention, hotel prices are totally crazy. We're staying with friends near Barton Creek

So we watched Belgium GP today. Ferrari brings Leclerc into the box for a tire change to try to capture the fastest lap point. They were far ahead of Ocon so they thought they could maintain P6 and pick up the fast lap point. Before Leclerc’s tires got up to temp, Ocon passed him. Luckily, due to the length of the circuit, Leclerc was able to recapture P6. Ballsy to say the least.

Ferrari shows up to a pit stop with only 3 tires.

Marco the tyre carrier was just finishing his cannoli. Only if Carlos could have pitted about 20 seconds later he would have been fine.

I'm (was) a long time Ferrari fan but I just can't support this incompetence any longer.

When Porsche gets in the fray I'm jumping ship

HR is running the team...

Hi this is Betty from HR and this is your new left reft rear tire guy Joe.

Joe's name was Jenifer three weeks ago but she had an addadicktomy. Although he (she?) was the mail delivery person last week and knows nothing about cars, he thinks Formula 1 is really cool.
So as part of our ongoing diversity and equity program......

Ferrari great with the strategy again.

Not sure that Ferrari had anything for Max regardless of which strategy they went with.
The safety car took any hope that may have remained.
They really need to red flag races if that happens with less than 10 laps to go.

Heading to Austin tomorrow at 6am. Too bad Leclair received a penalty the final lap. It robbed us of seeing the championship winner, Max, receiving the trophy in Austin this weekend.
