My external portable battery charger somehow disappeared from my garage, so I'm in the market for a new one. I use it to charge my Jet Ski Batteries over the winter, used it to charge my group 27 batteries on my runabout before I sold it, charge automotive batteries when someone leaves the dome light on, charge the spare 12v I keep on my workbench for electronics testing, etc.

This is going to be for occasional home use, not charging batteries for a trolling motor or anything like that.

I previously had a portable DieHard charger that supported AGM and flooded, had three different charging speeds from trickle to fast charge, had jump-start capabilities, etc. I was happy with it and probably wouldn't be replacing it if it hadn't disappeared.

What brands and models have you all had good luck with?

Well, I found this option, but it isn't exactly what I was expecting. I'm afraid to ask whether any of you have experience with this model.

I've been using the same Harbor Freight one for many years now. All the part stores were closed but they were open. It's not in a very dry area because everything is wet this time of year with the high humidity and all the rain. Always works when needed so I figure I got my moneys worth out of it.
