I have about 150 hours on the boat and the exhaust sensors were melted. Has anyone had this happen before? Also was curious how common is to have a pully just break off ( they are made of plastic !!!)

Based on your low water pressure reading you have a water flow issue so your engine is cooking its self. Inspect the raw water impellar. The oil pressure appears to be very low, most likely due to cooking the oil and thinning it out. I'd replace the oil too. Hope you find no other internal damage.

Good luck

I think those low pressures are because the engine isn’t running.

It’s shows zero rpm.

Looks like the pulley broke, raw water pump stopped spinning, coolant temp rose, engine overheated and damaged the exhaust sensors (I assume you mean the oxygen sensors?)

All that salt water flying around in there isn't helping things. Pump seal and bearing ?

Good idea im leaving sat will marine max have them? Also does anyone know what the blue hand pump is it’s on both of my motors

Wow. Has the engine been leaking raw cooling (salt) water for a while or do boats that are run in salt environment corrode like the one pictured? The poor bearing must have been screaming for a while by the look of the rust.

If you look at your engine every time you use your boat and maintain it, a salter can look just like a freshy.

I take my belt off every fall and give all the pullies a spin, prevents what just happened.

The blue pump pressurizes the raw water side to facilitate draining the system, see the shrader valve at the top of your engine, the other blue thing

Just spent my first night moored in Cape cod and my generator ran all night and just shut down. The screen says “58 warn “ does anyone know what that means ? When I open the hatch the coolant container looks filled could it have overheated because I ran it all day and all night?
