Error message: Data link failure

I've got a 2003, 32' sundancer with 6.2 liter engines. My systems monitor panel is showing "data link failure". My starboard engine will not turn over, nor do many of the accessories on the dash panel work. I did have one bad battery and replaced both batteries for the starboard engine. The message did not go away and the engine still will not turn over. The port engine starts fine. It appears the starboard batteries have a short or their is a breaker I need to turn on.
Any ideas?
