Noticed temp gauge rising quick, open engine hatch water spaying out of some hose? Not sure if it’s inlet hose or discharge house after sea water pump. Appears to be under front of engine 7.4 vdrive. Thanks in advance

All right…I’ll bite.

it doesn’t matter what the hose is for. It’s leaking.
Get down there and see what’s wrong….broken clamp, broken hose etc and see what’s needed to fix it.
In the mean time, I hope you closed the sea cocks before leaving the boat today.

It may also be the pump itself. +1 on closing the seacock.

Get yourself a borescope camera. Can get for anout $100 or so. Since i hot mine i have used it several times to get to hard to see spots and find leaks. A must if you own a boat

Agree on a borescope, and needing it on a boat. you can get cheaper and a longer camera. Also can record or take snapshots on your phone:
There are lots of choices, I bought this :

Thanks, I just bought stuff I never knew I needed. :)

BTW I purchased the updated version with the side camera for 69.99. If you look at the promotions if you buy the case you get 10% off both.
