Engine Hatch Lift for 280

Just as a follow-up with the manual hatch lift, does anybody know how high the hatch rises when all the way open. The rear bench seat on my 280 is usally still setup (in the sitting position) since it seems to open higher in that position?

The legs on the rear bench seat are hinged and will tilt when opening the hatch.

you can look on the cylinder and there is a phone # for the manufacturer. The new ends are $2 or $3 plus shipping. Doesn't help the underppower situation, but its cheap
