Engine cover gas cylinder brackets

My gas cylinder brackets that are mounted to the engine cover have loosened up. They appear to have been glued on at the factory and possibly re-glued a later date. Could anyone tell me what adhesive to use on the brackets. I was thinking 3M 5200?
