Electronic switch pad led issues on 2000 190BR

Hi, I have a 2000 190BR and the electronic switch pad is acting up. The first issue is the LED’s for the bilge pump and bilge blower don’t light up. The switch works as I can hear the blower come on and bilge pump. The second is sometimes when I start my boat then turn on the depth sounder all the LED’s for the running, anchor lights and wipers come on. FYI I do not have wipers in my boat. If I push the switch for each they turn off. I have unplugged and replugged the unit but it still seems to happen. Any other things I can check? And is there any way to fix the bad LED’s for the bilge switches?

If its a switch pad failure or eim failure the best best bet is a hard wired switch

Unfortunately the EIM/peanut pad are not repairable. I purchased a new peanut pad for $300 from Hyannis Marina on ebay (RV5 SEARAY PART # 1718632), that fixed my LED issues but did not fix the horn not working. The EIM's a different animal. Flounder Pounder has a toggle switch based replacement, CSR member Island Marine has a bigger boat EIM replacement, and Sea Ray has supposedly developed a solution. Good luck!

Thanks everyone, I ended up purchasing the EIM retrofit from FPMarine. Just installed it this weekend. Looks and works great. I created a walkthrough of my install, attached. Thanks FPMarine for the great product!

It took me about 2.5hrs. However I was taking a lot of pictures and had to go back and forth to get different tools from the garage. For my install if I would have had all my tools at hand and didn't take any pictures it would have only taken about 1.5hrs.
