What's best approach to handle this out? It's the one above the head sink, I'm guessing it's getting wet from the windshield above it.

Lets hope it's connected to a GFCI.

I hate to see outlets in basically a shower stall called a bathroom.

Does water actually come out of it or is it just corroded by moisture in the bathroom?

If it's just corroded just replace with a new one...... I would suggest a GFCI outlet even if it's already connected to one else ware.

Water does drip out (my wife put that plastic tray under to catch water), we don't use the shower. My initial guess was, water comes down from the windshield frame but maybe it's from the skylight hatch frame. I'm working on resealing those. Maybe I'll power down AC and batteries and remove this outlet, hopefully prior owner pulled the feed wires in the back of it.

The water would be from a leaking portlight gasket. Same thing happened on my 370 sundancer. Noticed outlet had rust stains, removed only to find it was totally gone on back side. Very bad choice for location, decided to relocate the outlet into the cabinet above, installed a blank plate over the existing opening (there is plenty of wire). Also replaced the portlight gasket (along with all others). No more problems.

We won't use that outlet in there for anything anyways....so, taking it down won't be a loss. I'd rather safely secure the electrical wiring feeding it, now that I see this it has me worried about being a fire hazard.
