hello all, my secondary battery on my 2009 Sundeck 240 has no power. Battery tested good but at an over abundance of caution I purchased a new battery and am still having same problem. When switched to battery 2 the radio will play for a couple of seconds then I lose all power. No problem cranking boat on No. 1 or both. Checked all fuses. What am I missing?

Battery connections that look good may not be. Check ground connections at engine block. How was the battery tested? Batteries need to be load tested. A bad battery may read good voltage when not under load.

Does it have a Perko switch? Those are usually robust, but I would check voltage going in and out with a volt meter.
