The electrical outlet in the cockpit did not work over the weekend. The outlet is in a compartment under the wet bar sink. I checked the GFI breaker in the head storage compartment (test and reset) and it worked fine. The electrical outlet in the galley also worked. The only other thing that I am not sure about is the 120V light over the galley...it did not work either, but it could be a bulb (the 12V worked ). I will have to try to figure out how to get the light fixture apart to check the bulb. I had all of the 120V breakers in the MDP on. Any one have any ideas where I should begin to trouble shoot why the outlet in the cockpit did not have power? Is there any other fuses that control the 120V? I looked at the electrical schematics...could not tell anything. Thanks for the input....

When mine went out, I had to reset the GFI outlet low on the wall between the dinette and mid cabin berth.

I am not completely familiar with your exact boat, but I would expect yours to be to be similar to mine. On my 290, there is one GFCI for each side of the boat. All the stbd oultets are protected by the stbd galley outlet GFCI. All the prt outlets (including the cockpit) are protected by the salon outlet GFCI (under the table). Look in the footwell area.

Hope this helps!

Bottom Line - I had the same thing happen to me last summer...there is an outlet in the mid cabin that needs reset. Check them all again and you should have it.

Have you checked the electrical schematic in your owners manual? That will tell you exactly what is on every circuit so if you need to find another GFI on the same circuit as the plug that isn't working at least you will know where to look.
