electric head holding tank conversion 240sd

we have a 2004 240sd with a pump out porta potti that we are going to try and convert to an electric head. Cannot find a diagram as to where the holding tank would be located if factory equipped. can anyone help pictures? Also has anyone done this conversion? problems hints advice ??
