EEE on display panel

On my display panel there are 2 digital readings for which battery bank you are on and what power it is using. The bank side reads correctly with how many volts are in the bank IE 24.6 or 12 .4 etc. The power usage side shows EEE on all battery banks. It always read correctly until recently.
Any one got any ideas?
