Editing Thread Title?

Can I? Forgive me if I can and don't know it. I want to update a thread I started. Please let me know if I can and how. If I can't, I think it would be a nice thing to add. Thanks.

when you click on the edit button, the next screen, click on go advanced, and you should be able to change the title.

That will let me change the title of that individual post inside the thread, but not the original thread title. Is there a way to change that? :huh:

Are you clicking on edit on your first post? Maybe on this forum the mods are the only ones who can change it???

Oops! No, I wasn't. I got it now. Thanks.

Wait a minute... That didn't work after all. It still only changed the title on the individual post vice the thread title that shows up in the list of new posts.

I do not think that was a mistake on the users part. See also the thread random pictures threag. I looked in the urban directory to see if maybe I was just not hip but I am not finding anything on it either.
