Duoprops on a Bravo 3-Do they need to be "indexed"

I was told today that there is a correct way to install the duo props on my Bravo 3 outdrives for the best horsepower, torque, and fuel efficiency. I was a little surprised but I thought I would ask.

Can someone please fill me in on whether this is true or not? And if it is, what IS the correct way to install them or "Index" them?
