Dropping in from SRO

One more former SRO member checking in.

I too was more of a reader than a poster over at our old home, but the information I was able to take in was priceless, and I hope the same type of discussions can happen here.

Like so many others have already said, a big "Thank You" to the administrator of this site for the warm welcome.

I found it last fall...but never registered because I found SRO and read material there almost daily.
 
Me, too! Me, too!! I missed you folks and am very glad I found this forum. Thanks very much to Jim for welcoming us so warmly!

I'm very sorry Jeremy closed SRO but understand his desire to spend more time with his family. Thanks again, Jeremy, for all your time and effort making SRO what it was. Perhaps at some point the archives can be made available so that knowledge isn't lost, but for now I'm just glad there's another board we can invade - err, go to!

Novation here...Another soul formerly from SRO checking in. I felt lost without my daily "forums" fix ... My boating season ends this Sunday so I was feeling a double dose of loss. Not any more....

Hey, I was pretty much a "lurker" over at SRO, but again, the info and input was invaluable.

Unfortunately, one boat is "out of the water" already...doggone salty water of the Barnegat Bay area...covered with barnacles!
 
Welcome Nancy, glad you found us, most of the old SRO group is coming here, if you know someone that is not here and have a way to contact them please invite them to join us. :grin:

I made it here too

Yep an out-of-work moderator sent me over here too back on Oct 3rd.... I've been too busy to post but this looks like a nice forum! I'll check back in next week when I have time :smt001
 
I'm new too. Was on SRO for about 3 days, then poof. Just bought this boat 2 weeks ago, so looking forward to learning from this group of experts, especially when the weather breaks here in MI.
 
Dave Morgan checking iin here from SRO. I was looking to see if Kathy Rau made it, see that she did. I think about all the other Pac. NW SRO people are here now. Have one or to more to check on that I know about.
