I have two of these that I pieced together for my last boat (alpha II) that was a twin, but now only need one in stock for the current boat.
This includes the three bellows, 4 clamps for the larger 2 bellows, a shift cable, the shift cable ends and bracket (3 pieces), a trim sender and trim switch, and a gimbal bearing. I had the seal kit but used it, so that is all you should need for a basic service on a good drive unless you want to replace the water hose or need u-joints.
