Well, "Liv 'n' Luce" is almost ready to hit the water, but there is one important piece missing. The drain plug!

Does anyone know offhand what size of plug it is? I want to pick one up asap. Thanks.

Nik

Standard is 1"
mine has some hinky aftermarket "never lose your plug" setup
that screws in...and it was missing...it is 7/8"

I think mine looks to be closer to 1" than 1/2". Buying 2 is great advice! :)

All my boats used 1/2 in, but they were built in the 80's, yeah i keep plugs every where , in the boat , in the pickup , in my pocket , in the cup holders , never know when someone might need one.

1/2" "NPT" - National Pipe Thread. The 1/2" does not relate to actual diameter.

All boat stores will have them in stock - they're about $3 or $4. If not, get a brass/bronze one from a local hardware store. DO NOT get one out of any other material.

Thx Dennis.
