door hatch slides 40 sundancer 1997

Try this fellow.

He sent me a TON of information for Saint Max as I need to replace the wheels as well. The information I received included photos so I would be sure to order the correct tracks and wheels. I would include the information, but I can't say that it would be applicable to your boat.

I used Teak Isle, Jim Cox when I replaced my tracks and trucks this spring. Be sure to check the heights as the lower trucks on mine were about 1/8 " shorter that the top. I also received several that were tapped wrong, even after getting replacements for the first batch that was F'ed up. If I remember correctly the top trucks have one screw in the center hole of the truck and the lowers use the outer two holes. The tap size is 10/24 so you might want to have one handy when you start the repair! Good Luck! Mine now opens and closes as smooth as creamy peanut butter!! :smt038

I believe the only rollers on the door would be on the top sliding portion on the port side of the piece. The lower door is hinged. If I recall correctly the left side channel has a groove for rollers that are affixed to the sliding panel. We have replaced our tracks a couple times due to them warping from the sun. They were very expensive and had to be cut to fit. So far they are holding up well. We bought the last set of tracks within the last 5 years. I have never had any issues with the rollers themselves though.
