Don’t know what to say about this....

I've spoke my peace and it really doesn't matter because Sea Ray is leaving the average Sea Ray boat owner behind by the price on these boats. I'm happy with what I have it works here on Lake Erie. I don't need a million dollar day boat.

Guys I gonna say this then let the flames fly. In the Chesapeake we got a lot of sand bars and shallow water. Woman in one of those new big bow riders, boat hit the shallows at speed, she flipped out and died. It’s a real bad style. Might be nice on a calm lake, but it’s useless on the bay or the Great Lakes. SR is doing it all wrong.

DVX, I said this a couple weeks ago, but will repeat, and don’t age me . In 87 I bought a new 268 dancer loaded with all option and AC for $36k, that is 90k today, but SR wants near half a million for that size. Serious! Fk em, no wonder the used boats are in demand.

Yeah I remember that. I’m a little speechless more at the message of this article than the 370 itself, which has already been discussed. To assert that this is Sea Ray’s attempt to stay true to their roots and let the Europeans handle the yacht market is quite a stretch.
Got ya ..I didn’t read the article

Times change I guess, read that kids today would rather have a day boat carries lots of friends then go home at night. Not much into spending weekend on boat like we did.

Dating myself....sad state of affairs....in the Robb Report article, the promotional photos show happy kids on the boat, down below, playing video games on the big screen.....isn’t there something better to do out on the water??
Especially on a “day boat”.... and they are going home later that day.

Seems to me it wouldn't be that difficult to offer two versions. The day boat version and the crusier version.

As others have said, I can't see how that boat can be practical in any kind of chop. Here on lake Michigan, it's common to have 2 foot chop. We motor up 30 min towards the beach behind a breakwall -- where it would work nicely. But on the way, you can get wet.

They should start by building boats that don’t leak. That would be real progress for the brand, a meaningful step forward.

Oh my, real wood tables and accent trim, be still my heart! I still see no reason to regret moving on from Sea Ray. Park one of these turds beside the Back Cove outboard model and try bragging about the “real teak” with a straight face. That’ll be hilarious.

Sea Ray is only reacting to market demands. Old gizzards don’t buy new Sea Rays as often as the Nuevo riche do.

Wealthy tech executives want to display their 3rd marriage trophy bottle blonde wifey w her $20k implants on the bow as they speed through the anchorage with one hand on the steering wheel and the other holding a martini.

I see these limp wristed metrosexuals bang their way into a slip, tip the dock hand a $5 bill and stagger into their Mercedes Benz speeding away running the corner red light.

They wouldn’t know what a wrench looks like.

Wait till the millennials grow up.

I changed my mind. I think I like having these on the water. I just need to get "wife glare" proof sunglasses.

I suppose it's great for the party set of which I am decidedly not a member. I think calling it a 37 is a stretch (literally) as I believe that measures LOA from the back of the engines.

My 11 and 8 year old enjoy nothing more than dropping the hook at our favorite island (Block) and spending a long weekend while enjoying all the island and boat have to offer. I'm hoping I raise cruisers and maybe they'll buy an old Searay sedan bridge or cruiser boat when they're able to do so, versus one of these new age sea ray day boats. It seems sea ray is doing everything but staying true to their roots. I don't know, maybe that is what the market wants. All I know is marinas and anchorages are busier than ever with more boats that look like mine....
