Does anybody else see this as so WRONG !!

Not all mental illnesses are curable. I stand by my beliefs, but I don't discount that it could be a genetic goof. Whatever the cause, homosexuality is not normal and should not be considered as such.

Checkmate! Agree to disagree? Cause I stand firm in my belief. Although I could never be in a gay relationship. If someone I loved or cared about came to me and said they were gay, I would learn to adapt and be supportive. How someone needs to live their life isn't my call to make. (Now understand I tend to have a tad bit of a control issue, so it wouldn't be as easy as I state).

I can accept if a person is gay. I've worked with gay people many years (airline pilot for an airline that hired a lot of male flight attendents), and some of them are friends of mine.

I don't care what they do on their own time or the relationships they pursue, as long as they don't try to affect other's behavior. I do care that we are being constantly bombarded to accept this behavior as perfectly normal. I mean, as society, we are led to accept homosexuality as normal lest we be labeled as intolerant or close minded. I do have an issue with that.

I will agree to disagree on this one though.

What is normal? A setting on a dryer!!! For me and my family a pig living in our house, going boating with us and attending family outings is NORMAL! Who are you or anyone else to say it is not? It may not be normal for you, but it is for me. Does that make you right or me wrong? No I don't think so. It is what each individual in there life adapts as normal in their life right?

As I said before, God determined what is normal when we were created. If its normal, why can't two people of the same sex reproduce? This is deeper than indivdual people, this is nature we are talking about.

As I recall, according to Oprah, a man can get pregnant and have a baby.

I remember when that was all over the press- "It is a MIRACLE, A MAN is PREGNANT!"

Imangine a young kid seeing all that hype. They could be easily led to believe a man did get pregnant.

The headline should have been the truth- Gay woman that acts and dresses like a man gets pregnant by sperm donor. I don't really see what the miracle is aside from the normal "miracle" of sperm impregnanting a woman.

Part of the conditioning you were talking about.

Nature has all kinds of twists and quirks through out history of time. Once upon a time mankind would refer to these twist and quirks in nature are freaks of nature. Thank goodness we have evolved passed that stage in our own history.

I totally agree with you on that. The media mislead or tried to mislead the mass public on that whole story. Personally I was offended. I felt it was NONE of my business so why were MAJOR media venues even reporting it. Then again Jesse James and Tiger Woods and who they are or are not screwing is NONE of my business either and I was sicken at the media hype over both! I mean really what did it have to do with me or you?

Well, the media is always going to be in the business of getting in to people’s business. In Tiger’s and Jesse's case, they was breaking the law so I feel it was justified, to some extent. That is like saying if you get busted selling drugs, the media should not cover it because it is your business.

That whole “Man has Baby” deal with Oprah was not a “in someone else’s business" situation, it was a direct and obvious attempt to further normalize homosexual behavior in the eyes of the public. One thing I think they (gay rights and other liberal groups) are trying to do is change the perception of different genders by pulling these stunts. I watched clips of that episode and the coverage that followed. The general attitude they were portraying was like the next “big step” in human evolution had been reached by a “man” getting pregnant and having a baby. The thought is, once the distinction between man and woman is blurred, homosexuality will be more easily accepted. I mean, they don’t even want to be called homosexual any longer. There are people out there, more than you think, that BELIEVE Oprah just like they believed they were going to get "Obama Money" when he was elected.

Like I said, I don’t care what someone wants to do in their own home. I don’t care if they want to be gay in public. I have a number of gay friends, many in boating and even have gay family members. I have no problem with them at all- of course they all act like normal couples. My problem is the homosexuals that feel a need to stick it in mine and my kids face by feeling all over each other, and just acting plain gross or talking silly in general public just to get on people’s nerves. I mean, I don’t feel my wife up in public or stick my tongue down her throat in front of other people and I don’t expect any one else, straight or homosexual to do it either and have me consider it appropriate. I have also seen bold faced gay sexual harassment in the workplace at a former employer. Not a thing was done about it because no one wanted any “trouble” from the gay rights groups and no bad press.

Again, I don’t have a problem with homosexual people but in my observation, the “gay movement” has evolved from being a civil rights issue to being an “acceptance” issue. This is evidenced for example, by the refusal to accept civil unions which are legally the same to marriage yet they contnue so say legal purposes is the "real" reason.

I'm not.

The gay life style is a learned behavior promoted by those who choose to live outside the bounds of love bordering on easy and convenient sex. It has evolved by the aid of the media and our educational system to become this alternate life style. Kids who have a explorative homosexual desires or experience are now told that "It's the first stage of homosexuality". Bunk!
Those who are caught up in it truly believe that they were created this way. If enough people tell you the sky is green, one day you’ll believe it.

What it is, is a moment experience exploited by those want to widen the gap on family values. To remove a God who has specific rules about such things.

Now why would they want to do this? Why would they want to be outed. Because it's huge dollars!! Whole industries are based on this not to mention the political power they have gained.

Now I’m done with my opinion and hold no malice to those who disagree.
This is the last I'll visit this thread as it has run it's coarse.

Is that any different than believing a virgin can have a baby?

This is wrong in so many ways and get be proven wrong statistic after statistic. Gay is not a 21st century issue. If it was then maybe your arguments would have some substance.

Where do the nipple rings come into play?

I think it comes his core, his belief system. I believe him to honest in his convictions. As twisted and outdated and nonfactual as they maybe.

Yep... For example:

I believe every sentence needs a noun and a verb. That is twisted.

So.... let me stir the pot.

Who thinks there should be "gay rights?"

How about sex change operations? Should they be covered by insurance (like Medicaid)?
