Dock drama/dilemma

I think the docks reputation is a consideration before choosing a slip. But each season the dock changes, as people move in. I think if folks can go down below in the cabin with the hatches closed and air running and not hear loud music after midnight that is reasonable. Usually the A/C drowns out most noise in my marina.
