Do you eat 7-11 food?

Great Blog! LOL!

I have no idea how people eat those things! The only responsible reason is drunken hunger. Only then would it be mildly acceptable!

God no!

Here in NJ we have these these places called "diners." Diners are rather like a Denny's or Perkins type of place that you guys in the rest of the country are stuck with. The difference is that the food is edible at a diner as most is prepared on-premises. Most also do their own baking, too. You can get pretty much anything at a diner and the food is generally pretty good. Since many diners are owned by Greek immigrants, they have great gyros and souvlaki. Pretty much can get a greek salad with anything. Helps if you like olives and feta.

Best regards,
Frank

We need some diners down here!

Greg,

Great blog!

You guys are missing a culinary treat - 3 taquitos for $3.33!

Up here in Northern VA, I've never noticed the hygiene issues you've described, and they're quick and easy to eat on the road on the way to the boat. I can get in and out of 7-11 in less than 5 minutes, when it takes way longer than that at any of the fast food joints around here.

Try the buffalo chicken flavor :)

As I am retired US Army, and since I eat a cup of oatmeal each morning, 7-11 would be no big deal

I just take some plain oatmeal in a Styrofoam cup, dump in some hot water, stir and eat.

Where is the 7 -11 feast at?

Think back to what our parents thought of the stuff we ate when we were young, god that was a loooonnnnngg time ago.

I haven't..but I probly would if I was hungry enough!
I grew up loving TV dinners, canned spagetti, and canned soup..
