I've had an annoying slow water leak for 2 seasons now. I tried patching areas that looked like the culprits to no avail. FINALLY, I was looking at the transom of the dinghy and realized the drain screws in! (I had never thought of it) And sure enough mine was not quite tight. I unscrewed the drain and there is a gasket in there was also flat and worn. Gasket replaced and I tightened the drain with pliers....Boom, leaky dinghy cured.

Just taking all the fun out of your life. Put that leaky gasket back in and live life dangerously.

My last Zodiac pvc went 14 years of serious use and abuse. Seams can be glued professionally. I had mine repaired in Annapolis at a shop 4 times until the guy said its done.
Might be worth dropping it at a shop.
