The Bare Engine Hi Idle (The RPM the ngine makes at the dock, in neutral with full throttle) on my 3126-TAs are over 3100 RPM. It is marked on the engine labels (see below)....

GREAT INSIGHT guys. Wish I would have thought of that.
Only problem now is that the boat was pulled for winter after the sea trial. I guess this will have to be continued next spring.
Let me one last time thank all of you guys for the help. I will keep you updated as the boat is in mint condition in all ways. Just need to make sure the engines are as well before writing the BIG check.
