Enroute to the "Broughtons" off Northern Vancouver Island,
a bunch of us stayed in Squirrel Cove in Desolation Sound.

Then north to the Broughtons, where our first stop was Lagoon Cove, off Minstrel Island:

They have a pot luck dinner every evening, where guests bring appetizers and the marina owners bring ten gallons of fresh prawns. Run by Bill and Jean barber, this spot is a "must see" for boaters cruising the Broughtons.

Very nice, reminds me of a trip we took to Lake George Last year.
