Curious if anyone has tried these as an affordable replacement to the stock captains chairs. I think it would fit on top of the Garelick pedestal. A friend bought for his sportfish and they seem very comfortable but not sure how they would hold up over time.

You lost me at pontoon…. I had a Bennington pontoon for a year ….. it was suppose to be a premium brand ….. but everything was cheap…. Look at them closely

No clue what make these are but I'll check next time I'm at the boat. They are fantastic.

One concern I’d have is that our seats have the flip up bolsters and it’s a nice feature when I am standing up while maneuvering around docks to have the extra space.
For what it’s worth a local shop quoted me approximately $800 per chair to re upholster. I will likely do that this coming winter.

JoshP, Them are some really nice seats!!!!!!

Personally I don’t love the stock seats on our model. My elbows were raw on a 3.5hr ride home in 4’ seas last season. It’s just not comfortable for long cruises. However 5-7k for good seats are not in the cards for us. Looking for affordable alternatives.

I went with Taylor made high back recliners for the 506 bridge remodel and so far we love them. I will be upgrading the pedestals soon but the overall quality of the seats seems pretty good. I paid $1500 for each seat for what I think is mid range quality, I would find it hard to believe the Deck Mate seats @ $400 would cut the mustard. @ $400 though I guess even if they just lasted a few years, they would be worth a try. I never liked the OEM seats on the 44. The quality was supreme but design sucked in my opinion. I had mine recovered for about $600, I decided at the time that I would keep the boat as stock as possible.
