Deadly Amoeba lurkes in FL lakes !

no more scary than swimming in NE water.

We had a Deadly Amoeba at our house once. When my daughters were youg they would share bath time. Judging by the shreik that fulled our home we know in an instant that a Deadly Amoeba surfaced in the tube that day. Oh by the way that was the last time they shred bath time.

We have the same type of problem here. There are some hot springs just below hoover dam that have signs saying "do not let spring water get into you r nose". Also a couple of years ago the town of goodyear (?) had the same show up in there water system. As I work in the water and wasterwater industry I can speak to the dangers of this type of problem.:smt024
