Dead batteries

Tried to fire up the boat for the first time in a few months and there was absolutely no juice. The boat had consistently been running on shore power, so I thought the batteries were being kept charged. I would love to get out tomorrow but I am probably going to have to wait until next week to get a tech to look at it.

I thought there were two sets of batteries--one for the ignition and one for the electronics. Does anyone know whether it is common to loose everything (ie, electronics and ignition) together? Could this be a fuse or other issue? Thanks.
