dash panel switch removal

I just received my new dash panel for my 1999 330 dancer from vector imaging. Looks great,took a real long time to get,but hopefully it will fit nice. Can somebody please explain how to remove the dash board rocker switches ?

4 tabs, two on top corners and two on bottom corners. You should be able to squeeze them with your fingers, wiggle and push out.
