I am new to boating and have contract on 480 Sedan Bridge so we are learning. Each time I visit the site, I see description of boats senidng in DA, AC, SDA, etc. I hate to sound completely stupid but how do I know what the letters stand for?:smt021

New to boating and your first boat is a 480DB? :wow: Beautiful boat, but NOT your usual starter boat. Kinda like learning to fly with jumbo jet. I hope your deal includes a few lessons from a Captain.

Where the heck are the pilings?? That is a tough maneuver even in the calm seas with someone videotaping and no pilings to protect the next boat over. I like the european yelling at the end!!:grin:

Have had ski boats, barges and fishing boats but not this size. I agree it is heck of first time boat like this. Have gone to school for week with Captian and will have Captain with me for awhile after pucrhcase. I noticed the video and it brought back memories of docking 42" Grand Banks during school with 14.5' beam into 16' slip in 35 MPH wind without thrusters. Pretty exciting. Yes i am new to this size doing my best to prepare. Thanks for asking. :smt021
