Oceanport is great. Grew up there! Launching the Jon boat out of our parents station wagon at Blackberry Bay Park. Crabbing under the bridge....good memories for sure. Love and miss that town. Always be home to me. Welcome to CSR John.

I'm finally free of teak maintenance after 20 years with three 1980's vintage Sea Rays with plenty of teak trim. So I wouldn't be inclined to get too excited about your step but it does look real nice and your workmanship looks outstanding.
Its really more for function 3 1/2 inches extra height
