cup holder inserts change to SS. No drain observed

Hi, I was looking to change the Plastic cup holder to SS ( other posts idea) but I have one that has a drain hole in it but no hose. The thing empties water under the rear facing seat (behind the helm seat ) Something wrong. Either I am missing the drain hose or I should use a non-drain Cup holder insert.

Then one behind the helm seat on my 340 does the same thing. Drain, but no hose. Odd, since they did put a hose on the cooler right next to it...

Ya, I spend a lot of time replacing the bottom Seat gasket to keep the water out and there I am draining the water from the cup holder under the seat. There is not much room on a 25ft. Boat so every inch is needed. JG
