Cummins QSM11
Just took possession of the new to me boat which has Cummins QSM11's
I'm having the mechanicals "baselined" which includes rebuild of the Sherwood G1810 raw water pumps. We can get the pump service kits but there is nothing that we can find on the inlet and outlet elbow gaskets and bolts.
Does anyone have a source or part number for the bolts and gaskets on the pump inlet (2 1/2") and outlet (2") fittings?

Thanks
Tom

If you go to the Cummins Quickserve site with your Serial Numbers you can find very detailed parts diagrams.

Also, a great source for Cummins info and parts is sbmar.com either call them or post on their forums.

Yes and Yes - however, neither have or show the gaskets and bolts. Cummins show the pump as a complete assy with the elbows installed yet no parts breakout for the elbow gaskets. Seaboard has the pumps, rebuild kits, and impellers but the elbows, bolts, and gaskets they don't. Cummins also (under their part numbers) show the Sherwood minor and major rebuild kits yet don't show those gaskets and bolts nor do the rebuild kits include the gaskets. On the other hand Sherwood shows the pump but without the elbows or bolts or gaskets.
These are the Sherwood G1810x raw water pumps.
Nobody that I can find has the two gaskets for the inlet and outlet elbows.....

Tom,

There is only an O-ring, no gasket. I believe you have to purchase the Major rebuild kit to get the new O-rings.
