The oil pressure on my 8.3 500s with 240 hrs on them: One engine running at cruise 63 lbs the other runs at 48 lbs. Pressures have been stable for at least the last 100 hrs. Electronic gauges on helm match mechanical gauges on the engines. I need to get a good service manual but does anyone know if the oil pressure is adjustable or not?

there are differentials based on the rerouting of oil flow.

I saw that when I had QSC600's, normally a 8-10 differential.

Same here, both well within normal range. It's nearly all due to the fact that route to the filters are different and each filter in itself can vary a bit.

As you said, 100 hours with no variance, that coupled with the fact they are in normal range says all good. Just keep an eye on changes.

Thanks for the input. That makes me feel better. One less issue to worry about
