CSR problem, or is it my computer?

Here's the deal. My old 'puter crapped out so I bought a high powered HP with Windows 8 about 2 weeks ago. I noticed the <ENTER> key didn't work to drop down a line, but it only does this on IBoatNorthwest and Club Sea Ray. (Neither <ENTER> key worked. I figured it might be the laptop so I returned it and got a high powered Toshiba with Windows 8. Now I'm getting the same problem with the new laptop. The <ENTER> key doesn't work so I can't put in a line between paragraphs. It's only on CSR and IBNW that I'm having this issue. It works fine in Word, Excel and every other website and/or program......Any ideas on what might be going on here?.....

Sorry, back in the day I would have searched until I found the fix for you. Tonight, I gave it 15 minutes, but I can't help.

Thanks for the help. I went into the IE Tools page,

clicked on a few things, even some I didn't know what they were,

and now it seems to be working.
