Great looking pictures, but where is everybody? Looks like you have the whole place to yourself????

Nice pics Lt. I haven't been up on the river in Cincy...looks nice though

That dock is always empty. overnight slips $1.00/foot, secure gate, showers, bathrooms.. It's a bit of a rough ride since the barge channel is very close and most of the idiots don't know it is a no wake zone 24/7 between the bridges:smt021. Still a good time, walked to Montgomery Inn, Cab to Mt. Adams for some bar hopping:thumbsup:

DP, Nice Shot's. The Sunset one is nice with your Admiral, but you have some black streaks to address.:smt115:smt018

Is this normally that empty that close to the Stadium on a game day? That's a perfect Pre-game Transom-gating venue.

Let me preface this with, I have been on the river and I think is should be a no wake zone all the time between the bridges, however the area between the bridges is a wake zone during daytime hours. This was taken from the ODNR website:

5/22/2008

COLUMBUS, OH - The Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife will hold a press conference at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 23 to announce tougher enforcement of existing idle speed zone regulations along a 1.75-mile stretch of the Ohio River between the Daniel Carter Beard Bridge and Brent Spence Bridge, linking Ohio and Kentucky.

This area currently is zoned as an idle speed, no-wake zone from sunset to sunrise. During daylight hours, boaters may travel at speeds above idle speed and may create a wake only while remaining at least 300 feet away from any gas dock, marina, floating restaurant or harbor entrance.

It was a Bengals game… who wanted to go??

Don't parole officers like football?

Well as you can see by the following photo, after an entire summer of use it seems the ducks got the most use out of our city dock, as for the Bengals...... keep trying as you will to get me riled-up, I love NFL football, I love tailgating and I am and will always be a season ticket holder despite Mike Brown's best efforts to make a mockery of my Bengals

That dock is disgusting. What do they charge to tie up there?

The slips closer to the boat were clean but to answer your question yes, $1.00/foot

I think we have our April winner! It's perfect for the tax month!!:smt043

Pics looked too small so I uploaded again. How come other pics look so big if the file limit is 19K?

They are posted on sites like "Photobucket dot com." Then, you click on the link in that window at photo bucket that applies to "posting in forum." Click it once. It will say "Copied." Post link here. View big picture.

It's really easy. Go there now. Get an account. Join the 21st cent. I did it a couple of weeks ago. I used to use a kitesurfing web site that let me post tons of pics.

Thanks John,

I'll check it out.

I can't make up my mind. Should I go for a nice 2005 420DB like the one pictured here, or the object of my "recent" desire below, a 370EC. They sure had a lot of them in this marina. More dough then I can really afford but as they say "you only live once"

Figured out the photobucket. Heres my first picture using it.

Nice pic. When I use photobucket, they come up full sized, not as a thumb nail. Did you want it to do that?
