The front ac unit is giving me a PS Hi code, I cleaned the water strainer, and blew out the cooling line, still acting up, anybody have this problem

High PS is usually water flow issue, does it look like same flow from front thru hull

Did you flush the line out with 50/50 muriatic acid and water? Pour it in and let it sit 1/2 hr then hook the cooling line back to the pump and start it up. I just did mine 2 weeks go and it is a lot cooler. Also the water is flowing faster.

I drop a couple of one inch chlorine tablets in the strainer and let them slow dissolve when the units are on. Usually every couple of weeks when the water temps are warm and this seems to really help.I talked to Cruise Air about it and they said that was fine.

Good luck!

If the water flow is not good, try a product called Barnacle Buster. Run it through until it starts to exit the hull drain and shut the A/C off. Allow it to sit for 8-12 hours and start it back up and the flow should be restored to normal.

I think there is a pump relay switch that is bad that allows either unit to draw the water to cool. I had this problem awhile back. Reading into it that one works but the other doesn't. Solution is in the 380 official thread somewhere. Trigger switch.

I had this problem with my front unit as well. Strainers and lines were clean. It turned out to be the pump going bad. The discharge looked like it was good, but when I put the new pump on, it had a much higher flow. Also, when the ac was running, the pump was very hot.

I had the same, and it was the "Trigger Switch", which is a relay. You get the Hi PS code because the unit does not come on.

To get to the relay box, remove the sofa seat cushion. Next, remove the sofa back by removong the screws, and then lifting it up, as it fits into the frame on pins. The relay box is behind the sofa back. After you remove the cover from the box, just guess at which relay to replace. If you're right, both unit compressors start, as normal. If you still get the HI PS error, change the other one. I remember the relays are about $50 from Dometic. I bought mine on Ebay for about half. Good luck.
