Yes I know. I've even done it myself once(when I was younger); But god forbid he get's knocked out or swallows water while underway.....You would never forgive yourself.

I dont think they are required in the Netherlands.

You are right it's not required when your not on the sea.

But I agree that you always have to watch out with speed and water.

The ending of a great day at the docks in Charleston. It must have been a great day, both children are smiling. Be careful I am catching on to this picture thing. Tow rig tomorrow. Thanks JRCINNH and Chuck.

Have a great day

Paul,

Great picture  It's nice to see that I'm not the only one out numbered by the fairer sex. Seems like most of the animals in my house are female also. At least I got a son-in-law this past June.

"both children are smiling" and admiral is too.

You know what they say about time like that PRICELESS!

Last day of Labor Day weekend. My brother-in-law, sister, mom, cousin, aunt, nephew and mee in front. Unfortunately my wife was working this weekend. :smt009

I meant it humorously......the UN part of Fortunately

Since my post on page 1, post 2 we are expecting another member of the crew... My wife is 21 weeks pregnant with our baby girl Gwen (Gweneth). This will be our first child. I now know what it feels like to be excited, nervious, scared at the same time. We tried for 3 months

Yes, CONGRATULATIONS!!

It's really fun having children!

We keep this topic alive (for 19 weeks), so you can place your crew shot over here!

Here's me, my wife Stephanie (THE River Gal,) and our dog "Dida." We're showing off our second place prize for best costumes at a boating getaway. I think it was the dog's mumu and lei that did the trick. The first place went to a lady who kept mentioning she was going to buy a 55 foot Sedan Bridge. Hmmm :smt017
