I think Todd brought this up on the other board and thought we would try and recreate it......

The first picture is the dog getting ready to her first day on the boat and the second is the admiral and I (no Dave that is St Thomas and not Lake Wylie in the background)....

I just realized we need to take more pictures while boating....

Here we are. The bottom picture was taken at Silver Glen Springs. It's a state park right off the St. Johns River where tons of boats tie up and hang out. State Park = No alcohol allowed.... As you can see I'm double fisting from solo cups.

SHAME ON YOU giving these dogs alcohol !!!

Trust me, they dont need it. One shot of ready whip and they bounce from couch to couch. :wow: I have to tie them up when underway otherwise they'll just keep jumping off the sun deck and into the water. :smt009

my guess for the trivia question; since your from virginia, and those look like shore battery guns. i'm going to say Ft. Monroe in Hampton.

Nope, farther South ... Shore battery guns is very good guess ... think Civil war ...

scholarship,

What lake is that in OK? I am familiar with the area because I have spent time in OKC with my job.

This summer we were fortunate to have our longest term friends come to visit. They are from Norway, and come every few years. We met while going to school at Wash State Univ. in the early '70s. While going to school, we used to pool our money for gas to put in the Glasspar, and go boating on the Snake River near Pullman, WA. That was before they put all the dams on the Snake. Times have changed, we have gotten a bit older, but still have great fun when they visit.

Here, from left to righ, is Øivind Tangen, my wife's mother Pearl, Bjorg Tangen, and my wife, Margie. I was taking the photo, of course!

Here I am on the left, with Øivind next, then Bjorg. We are enjoying freshly picked cantaloupe, after we got home from our boat trip.

BruZerII - It's Lake Texoma. The bridge you see in the background is the bridge over Highway 70 between Kingston and Durant.

This is my son Mitchell on the waveboard behind my old 330DA.
