Wife got her second shot on Saturday (pfizer). No issues other than a sore arm. I might add she is in incredible shape. Not sure if health as anything to do with the vaccine side effects.

That is classic form over substance. You see, more shots, less lines, = less media "outrage." Even though 4 weeks later, when shots are in short supply and people need their second dose all hell breaks loose.
Looks like President Trump has come to the same conclusion as the President-elect. I think it was common sense. The feds were withholding more than half of vaccine stocks to ensure a second shot was available. But, the recipients, not wanting to bet on the come or incur risk, were also withholding half of what they got to ensure they had enough for the second shot; this partially explains the slowness of the rollout. Now the onus is on the states to ensure they manage the vaccine so as to ensure there are second doses, as it should have been all along. If you purport to delegate management to the states, then you need to actually fully do that.

Trump administration reverses stance, will no longer hold back second shots of coronavirus vaccine
In draft remarks prepared for a scheduled call Tuesday afternoon with governors and obtained by The Washington Post, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar disclosed the change in plans.

The Trump administration has been holding back roughly half the vaccines to ensure sufficient supply for people to get a required second shot. President-elect Joe Biden's team said Friday that he planned to release nearly all available doses to speed protection for more Americans.

My wife got the Moderna vacine and said her arm was a little sore, nothing other than that.

My wife is a nurse and received her second shot on Sunday. She has been in bed unable to move since. High fever, every joint in her body aches, massive headache....basically covid minus the virus. Just prior to getting the second dose she said about 30% of the hospital employees have had the same symptoms after the second dose. Human resources has asked everyone not to say anything about it publicly. Gee, haven't seen anything on the news about that so it must be isolated to her hospital o_O. So please you go ahead and take my vaccine.

This is becoming increasingly common but media and platforms will never publish it.

Enjoy your new DNA.

We got the Moderna shots today. Spectrum Health is doing a fabulous job of managing this project. Appointments are readily available with hundreds of people showing up at the same time. In spite of the strong demand, you are seen on time and get in and out in 20 minutes. Very impressive demonstration of what a big player in health care in West Michigan can deliver service wise.

why aren't any of the vaccines fda approved and not under emergency authorization use. Last time i checked these vaccinces will be pulled and not to be used as soon as this pandemic ends... plus recently a study emerged which indicates antibodies from having the virus seem to last a looooong time. https://science.sciencemag.org/content/early/2021/01/06/science.abf4063

I had COVID-19 in February 2020 and tested positive for anti-bodies in October 2020 (8 months). My personal experience is consistent with the referenced article.

I was tested five months after the fact and was positive for antibodies.

Why do bother posting this shit.... You are delusional and bring nothing positive to this group.
This can certainly be construed as a positive message in that is can help individuals avoid giong through that same circumstance. Sometimes unfortunately the cure and be worse the virus.

Except we have no idea what that video is.

Got a Covid Moderna vaccination a few days ago. Sore arm for a couple of days. That has resolved and I am back to having my normal sore arms from arthritis. Looking forward to a meal with friends in a restaurant in mid February.

I got tested yesterday for the antibodies. I have had too much exposure to not have had it, was my thoughts for getting tested. I had it! No symptoms.
