Everyone please visit this link http://boatblue.org/ to notify your your member of congress to support S. 2766. We are in danger of being taxed for gray water, bilge, and deck runoff on recreational boats as of September of this year if Senate Bill 2766 is not passed.:smt013

Boat US has been working in this for some time. I'm never amaze by the stupidity of the court some times.

Yes they have. That's where I got the link from. I thought it would be a good idea to put it on everyones mind again.

Done.

A buddy of mine who does EPA work told me that discharge includes things like water draining out of a cockpit and even the jet stream from a PWC impeller. I really doubt that the EPA wants to deal with our boats, but we need to act together to get the rules changed.

Done,
Forwarded this to my salesperson, who has many more boating contacts than I have.

Done..

It seems that the boat dealers don't want this to pass. They are struggling to convince fewer shopers of the benefits of ownership and hiding the increasing costs. This is just another reason to swing the decision meter away from a purchase.

Is this the same letter that was linked in CSR a few months ago? I can't remember the thread but it pertained to the same bill, If so. Done, if not I need to
