Cost between 330 versus 320

I did not realize the 99 also had the cherry cabinets that is a big deal to me also. However Do the 8.1 L put out more horsepower and what is the reliability of those versus the 7.4 ?
I looked on line at some of the 99's a lot of them all that I've seen for so far have white cabinets and I want to cherry cabinets like yours.

Here are a few pics of my 99 interior.

I had cherry interior on my 99 as well as the 7.4's. She also had water lift mufflers that appeared to be 100% stock. Based on this I had assumed Sea Ray had resolved the water ingestion issue by 1999 on the 7.4's.

For what it's worth I swore up and down I would never go with light color cabinets when I bought my 340. Turns out I now own a 400 with the almond/white interior. It's growing on me. The only part that still repulses me are all the brass trimmings. The admiral, however, insists "gold/brass is coming back into style". The jury is still out on how much I'm willing to spend for SS/nickle hardware :)

One thing to look for on the cherry interior of this vintage is delamination of the plastic "cover" material. My 340 had it in the mid-cabin area and also started showing signs of it in the galley upper cabinets. One bonus to the almond interior is that you aren't likely to notice the delamination unless it's occurring on corners. ha.

That is exactly the cabin I want. it's not Dated looking and you also have the captains chair with Flip up bolster correct

Yes I do. Here are a few pics from this spring. We spent the winter "making it ours". New canvas, cockpit carpet, dash panels, stereo system. A9 MFD, VHF radio.... and unfortunately a new transmission too.

I have the white/almond interior too. I have toyed with the idea of buying the high end 3M architectual film in Cherry. It is very durable and is as good looking as the stuff that is delaminating on Sea Rays. If I do it I will be sure to post pictures of before/after.

I've used these guys below a handful of times. Great quality films and hard to beat pricing:
