Coolant loss into bilge

I checked my bilge today and found both coolant reservoir tanks were empty and coolant was in the bilge. Both QSM11's were winterized. The exchangers have coolant, seems like the reservoirs emptied into the bilge. I was a tough cold winter, no sign of visual leaks. Very strange considering the coolant is good for -50, never had this happen before, I'm stumped. Could it be thermal expansion?
Thanks,

I had a similar experience with QSC's and found the hose clamps at the bottom of the tanks were a little loose. Figured the cold changed the seal.

Thanks, I did check for loose clamps, nothing. At this time there are no signs of any coolant in the bilge, maybe the extreme cold weather we had last winter had something to do with it? The coolant recovery tanks are at correct levels.

I had similar issue . Gasket failed and coolant was being sprayed in a very fine mist. NO coolant in bilge only the smell and low coolant tank.

Recheck all clamps and bolts on everything coolant related.
